Growth Marketing Strategist

Location: Remote

Compensation: $75k - $100k OTE

As a Growth Marketing Strategist at our company, you'll be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that generate revenue, not just likes or website visitors.

Your role will involve:

• Building comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create cohesive marketing campaigns.
• Managing tasks (in ClickUp) to ensure marketing strategies get executed on time and within budget.
• Leading content generation efforts (podcasts, video series, etc.) to use within the entire marketing strategy for a client.
• Analyzing market trends and customer data to identify marketing opportunities.
• Tracking, reporting and communicating campaign performance and KPIs to clients.
• Innovating and experimenting with new growth strategies and tactics.

REQUIRED SKILLS/CHARACTERISTICS

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM).
• Experience in one or a few key marketing channels (SEO, SEM, ABM).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.
• B2B marketing experience, especially in the tech industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
